Midtown Atlanta is the cosmopolitan area of the City of Atlanta located between Downtown Atlanta and Buckhead. Midtown is called "the heart of Atlanta" and is comprised of corporate headquarters, residences and cultural attractions. Midtown is the location of Atlantic Station, Colony Square and the home of Coca-Cola, Georgia Tech, Turner Entertainment and The Biltmore.

Georgia Tech's Technology Square

Georgia Institute of Technology is known for research and educational excellence in Engineering, Science, Technology and Management. The campus spans 400 acres in Midtown Atlanta. The Georgia Tech Tower is one of Midtown's most recognizable landmarks. Yellow Jackets sports events are a highlight of the activities and events happening in Midtown.

The Georgia Tech Hotel, located in Technology Square, provides convenient accommodations for events at Georgia Tech as well as other central Midtown locations. Technology Square, home of Georgia Tech's Economic Development Institute, is also the location of Georgia Tech's Bookstore, College of Management and Global Learning Center. Technology Square is also an example of Georgia Tech's contribution to Midtown's economic development.

Cultural attractions located in Midtown include Atlanta Botanical Garden, Fabulous Fox Theatre, Fernbank Museum of Natural History, Margaret Mitchell House and Woodruff Arts Center.
